When it comes to weight loss the PRINCIPLE is a CALORIE DEFICIT end of story, but there are many METHODS on how you can do that, intermittent fasting, Keto, vegetarian, low fat, low carb, paleo, juice diet, McDonalds diet, challenges, weight watchers, celery juice. Gluten free, dairy free, and many more.
So you can do it how ever you chose, but don’t think your way is superior to another because it all comes down to a calorie deficit.
Just because you cut out gluten and lost weight, does not mean it’s gluten that causes weight gain, you no doubt lost the weight because you cut out things like pizza 🍕, pasta 🍝, cakes 🍰, biscuits 🍪 which in turn put may put you in a calorie deficit.
