Take you time by getting into position and allow your #muscles and #fascia to relax into the movement. Don’t force it. Take your time in each sequence and stay there for as long as you can. When it comes to weight loss the PRINCIPLE is a CALORIE DEFICIT end of story, but there are many METHODS on how you can do that, intermittent fasting, Keto, vegetarian, low fat, low carb, paleo, juice diet, McDonalds diet, challenges, weight watchers, celery juice. Gluten free, dairy free, and many more. So you can do it how ever you chose, but don’t think your way is superior to another because it all comes down to a calorie deficit.
