In these troubling times, I'm trying to focus less on the news of the world and focus on being outside as much as I can. Amish Country is a great place to free your mind. It's an expansive landscape, and there’s nothing else quite like it. you never know what you'll see or find when you're least expecting it. The other day I was in search of a new farm to shoot during golden hour before the sunset and while I got a few photos of some other subjects in the area that caught my eye, I didn't seem to be having much luck finding a farm to shoot until I drove by this scene. I just happened to be looking out of the passenger side window at the right time. Luckily I had nobody behind me so I swung a U-turn in the car and pulled off to the side of the road and set up shop. The art of landscape photography and the process that it takes to create an image is always a worthy venture to me. As always, stay safe out there today.
