"Modern yet Classy"
Linen fabric is extracted from the fibers of the flax plant. The tensile strength of Linen is very strong compared to any cotton fabric. It can be worn in any weather because of its easy breathable fiber strands. Earlier times, pure linen sarees were heavy with neutral colors like beige, white and grey. But now, due to advanced weaving and dyeing techniques, linen sarees are lightweight and available in all colors. These sarees are even coming with zari patterns these days and can be worn to any parties or weddings. Linen fabric is widely used in the fashion world for Salwars, Kurtis, sarees, shirts, dresses and even for bags, shoes, hats, bed furnishings, and other accessories. Linen fabric is very good for summer weather due to its absorbent and quick-drying properties. .
The first saree in the picture is my first linen saree. It's a combination of a beautiful pale pink, white and silver zari saree and I have paired it with a heavy work silver blouse. The second saree is my personal favorite and loved by all my friends. This saree is a blend of lime green and cyan blue colors and I have paired it up with a lime green elbow sleeve blouse. You can style up the linen sarees with some antique, wooden or fusion jewelry. You can go modern by replacing the traditional blouse style with halter-neck, off-shoulder, high-neck, boat neck, sleeveless, full sleeves, block print or even kalamkari blouses. If the sarees are simple and plain, wear them with contrast or printed blouses. .
Saree care tips: ✨Avoid washing the sarees with other clothes as it might bundle up and cause wrinkles, Hand wash is best; ✨Never use naphthalene balls as it might leave a permanent stain on the fabric, ✨Avoid wringing the saree when wet, it might tear the fiber strands. ✨It is better to hang the sarees in a wooden hanger than folding them as it might cause heavy crease and result in wearing out. ✨Avoid spraying perfumes, deos, body mists directly on the saree as they might leave a permanent stain.
