Jutta Larmin haastattelu oli erittäin hyvä Iltalehdessä👏 Vuosia kun tulee mittariin lisää, oma kehonkuva muuttuu todella monella. Tällä hetkellä en ole "tiukimmassa" kunnossani. Mutta minun oma mieli, olo kaikin tavoin on varmasti parempi kuin koskaan ennen. Olen äärimmäisen onnellinen❤ Toki aina voi kiristellä pari kiloa, jos haluan. Tällä hetkellä en koe sille tarvetta. Tiedän kyllä keinot siihen. Niinkuin Juttakin kirjottaa tuossa; tiukalla dieetillä, ruokien punnitsemisella siihen varmasti pääsee meistä jokainen. Suon täysin kaikille niille jotka haluavat olla tiukassa kunnossa sen elämäntavan, koska sitähän se on. Ja iso arvostus heille 👏 Minun juttuni se ei ole koskaan ollut.
